...that creativity is not something you wait for. It is something that waits for you.

You must decide to be creative, not wait to be. You must challenge yourself. Pick up the brush. Grab hold of the camera.

Turn on the computer. Start cooking the meal. Get to the workplace early. Propose the solution. Advance the idea.

Become the answer.

 

How do you suppose these very words were written by me? Do you think I have time to wait for "an inspiration"? I must be the inspiration. And so must you.

Today's Blessing...

Today is the only Life that matters. Today is the one Life that constantly tinkers and implores universal potentiality to reveal unlimited visions of Its beauty and truth. Today is simply the gathering place of yesterday's mysteries; the advisor to teach me that everything -- Everything smacks of God. Today is a new adventure and I move into it as the Wild Divine's ever-fresh creation. Today I am Alive and moving in the direction of ultimate blessings!

"There are two ways for a person to look for adventure," said the Lone Ranger (a TV character). "By tearing everything down, or building everything up." I believe I can do both this day. I tear down the beliefs and ideas that I have so ingeniously thrown into my life that keep me separate from the stuff that makes me God-filled. I ransack my attention, my awareness, and my focus for the noise and frenzy of such nightmares that so artfully convince me that I am not Love incarnate. And whilst I am emptied and divested of unserving beliefs and theories I open to the secret of how to live in harmony with the Supreme Designer of Heaven and Earth.  I immerse myself in the imaginings of  beauty, power, peace, joy, love, life, light, and wisdom. I naturally, easily, completely absorb the detail of this benevolent moment as I realize my role in this universal play and confidently say, " Yes, I am the unleashed blessings of sacred generosity and today I indulge in uninhibited explorations of joy, release, and expansion!"

Thank you Life! Today is going to be glorious and fun. I am about to find a more supple variety of happiness unfolding from within. As Annie Dillard says, "There never was a more holy age than ours, and never a less. There is no whit less enlightenment under the tree by your street than there was under the Buddha's bo tree." Releasing these words to the Sacred Janitor at the Edge of Time I proudly announce they are now fulfilled and achieving the Truth faster.

And so it is.

Let Who You Are BE...

There is abundance beyond your wildest dreams available to you. And you don't have to figure out all of the details. You just have to go along with the flow of life that you are constantly in the state of becoming. You just have to stop arguing for your limitations and start believing in the well-being that is the natural basis of your being, you see... You just need to accept that you are the worthy being and that Source has you in its sights. And that you have lived a magnificent life and all of that life has caused you to tell the Universe what you want. And the Universe has a clearer picture of who you are and what you want than you will ever have. Even long after you are dead, no one, even you, could ever write a historical document that could even come close to depicting the brilliance and the likes of who you are becoming, you see... You don't have to figure it out or articulate it, you just have to get happy and let who you are be.

On this day of your life, my Beautiful friend, I believe God wants you to know...

...that caution is natural, but fear is not. Do not give in to fear, yet do not abandon caution. 

 

It is a balancing act. Caution is what causes you to look both ways before crossing the street. Fear is what keeps you frozen on the curb forever. You know the difference.

You can feel it.

 

If you're "stuck" right now, you're probably into fear.  Get out of there. You've already looked both ways. Now cross the street, for heaven sake. The cars have long since gone. The coast is clear. Your only obstacle now is your own mind.

 

You know exactly why you heard this today.

Today's Blessing...

AFFIRM:

I AM the divine heritage.  My humanness is the most holy of instruments. I give thanks this day for all the gifts of human nature.  

I recognize that I AM the housed consciousness for the holiness of each and every drop of Spirit. What a blessing to be Divinity within emotions, within physicalness, within the thoughts that enter my mind on a daily basis.  

I am thankful to be in this place, at this time, thinking these thoughts, in this body, with such wondrous emotions!

I am grateful for it all.
