AFFIRM:
I know there is only One unified consciousness of sacred expression. As God-filled Spirit functioning with a physical overlay to play the game of duality and separation I bring forth perfect harmony in all I do. Perfect Flow, Ease, and Comfort journey as me because I am the pattern of the One spiritual nature experiencing unconditional love for myself and for all others. With a sweeping momentum of heart force I release these words as an instrument of action to create a blessed state of knowing.
And so it is.
