Holy Spirit, help me to see the beauty that I am, without and within.
Help me to love myself, unconditionally, without judgment. Your radiance manifests through me and is present within me at all times. My body is Your Temple and a vehicle for Your Work. It is therefore deserving of love, respect and honor.
This day and always, help me to honor my body, to love it unconditionally, and to be grateful for its service.
